The short answer is that while medications may offer short-term relief for some, I believe there are more effective ways to improve wellness without the potential for harmful side effects. Long-term use often leads to more problems than solutions, and personally, I no longer wish to be part of the pharmaceutical experiment.
At this time, I can only work with clients who reside in Arizona or California, as I am licensed in those states. However, I’m currently developing online programs that will be available to everyone in the future. Stay tuned!
We’ll begin with a brief phone consultation to ensure we’re a good fit and address any questions you may have. If you decide to continue, we'll arrange recurring sessions that work with your schedule. In our work together, we'll explore the physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life, optimizing your wellbeing through mind/body practices, vitamins/supplements, reconnecting with nature, psychotherapy, and more. Each session is your time to focus on what matters to you, and I’m here to offer compassion, understanding, and sometimes even a little humor. :)
Yes! I accept a variety of insurance plans and also work with a partner who can assist with out-of-network benefits.
